Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge (International)

The Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge (International) at Montréal-Trudeau is widely considered the best Maple Leaf Lounge in YUL's network and one of the stronger examples of the brand on the East Coast. Positioned near Gate 52 in the international departures zone, it serves passengers on long-haul flights to Europe, the Caribbean, North Africa, and beyond. The food and beverage program notably exceeds the domestic counterpart — a proper buffet with full hot meals, salads, and soups rather than snacks — and showers are available for travelers needing a refresh before or after long hauls.

The lounge operates later on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (until 11:00 PM) to accommodate the bulk of long-haul European night departures. Clean architectural lines, comfortable furnishings, tarmac views, and a business centre with workstations and printers complete the experience. Access follows the standard international Maple Leaf policy: Air Canada international premium cabin passengers, Aeroplan Elite 50K and above, Star Alliance Gold travelers on international flights, and eligible Aeroplan premium credit card holders. International Premium Economy passengers are not eligible.
